Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings (home, school, community)
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social skills and behaviors
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Attend regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies
